Job Title: HR Faculty

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a talented and motivated HR Faculty. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver interactive training sessions for students or employees.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting workshops and lectures on core HR topics, including recruitment and selection, payroll processing and compliance, Indian labor laws and HR audits, HR analytics and documentation, and SAP SuccessFactors basics and practical usage in HR. Additionally, they will evaluate the performance of trainees and provide constructive feedback, collaborate with various departments to plan and schedule training sessions, and travel to different branches as needed to conduct in-person training programs.

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Masters degree preferably in Human Resources or related field). A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in the HR domain or teaching HR subjects is required. Strong communication and presentation skills, practical knowledge of HR processes and labor laws, and familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HR software are essential.

The preferred candidate should be willing to travel to other company branches. Preference will be given to male candidates due to job-specific travel needs.
