Job Title: Strategic Human Resources Leader

As a Strategic Human Resources Leader, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of Human Resources and Industrial Relations at our organization. This includes developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives, as well as managing end-to-end recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead labor contract negotiations and grievance handling
  • Manage payroll administration and prepare monthly HR reports
  • Implement and monitor performance management systems
  • Drive talent management initiatives and ensure standardization

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate in HR Management (MBA/PGDHRM) or MSW/PGDBM with HR specialization
  • ~8+ years in HR with strong exposure to labor relations
