Job Title: Strategic Human Resources Leader

This key leadership role will oversee the execution of all human resources functions across the organization, focusing on strategic workforce planning, talent development, and operational excellence.

• Strategic Workforce Planning
  • Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive workforce plan aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Lead the identification and mitigation of potential risks to the organization's ability to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
• Talent Development and Engagement
  • Design and deliver effective employee engagement strategies to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee retention.
  • Develop and execute training programs that meet the evolving needs of the organization and its employees.
• Operational Excellence
  • Implement best practices in HR operations, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
  • Streamline processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs through innovative solutions and partnerships.

    • Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of a robust performance management system that aligns with organizational objectives and promotes growth and development.

        Key Qualifications:
        • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
        • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in HR, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
        • Proven track record of success in driving HR strategy, talent development, and operational excellence.
        • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
        • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
