Job Title: Business Head - Kirana Division

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Head - Kirana Division to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.

Job Description:

The Business Head - Kirana Division will be responsible for overseeing the P&L of the Kirana business, managing sales, margin, and operations functions, and developing strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Systematically reviewing beat plans, removing nonperforming outlets, and including new outlets.
  • Sales forecasting, stock planning, and budgeting to drive inventory management, cost optimization, and productivity.
  • Managing stock availability and service level.
  • Planning costs related capacities and building close monitoring for all costs structures.
  • Giving strategic direction to the team and building long-term business relationships with customers.
  • Driving sales teams to implement expansion plans on customer acquisition and activation and deliver operational excellence.
  • Evolving market segmentation and building customer penetration across all brands and categories.
  • Managing right assortment mix to deliver profitability.
  • Leading a team of 25-30 members directly and 20 members indirectly consisting of sales managers, sales executives, hub, and DC operations.
