We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Head to join our team in Bangalore. This is a full-time, onsite leadership role for someone who has a proven track record in driving business growth in the areas of Corporate Events, MICE, and B2B Sales. The role involves acquiring and managing corporate and institutional clients, expanding our footprint into new markets such as Delhi, Hyderabad, Pune, and the UAE, and building a high-performing business development team. The ideal candidate should have 10–15 years of experience in Business Development within Events, MICE, Hospitality, or Corporate Sales, along with strong skills in client acquisition, negotiation, and deal closure. Proficiency in CRM tools such as Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot, coupled with excellent communication and presentation abilities, is essential. As the Business Development Head, you will be responsible for achieving revenue targets, creating impactful proposals, closing key deals, and maintaining detailed CRM pipelines and sales reports.
