Key Responsibilities
Bangalore Regional Head will be accountable for driving the overall growth of the Bangalore branch and achieving order intake targets across Karnataka. The role demands a strong focus on business expansion through customer acquisition, dealer network development, and deeper penetration into existing markets.
You will lead and develop a high-performing sales, service, and accounts team, setting clear targets, monitoring results, and ensuring ongoing capability building. A critical part of the role involves building and maintaining strong customer and dealer relationships, overseeing performance agreements, resolving execution challenges, and addressing service or warranty concerns effectively.
The position carries full responsibility for commercial and financial management, including tendering, contract negotiation, adherence to commercial terms, collections, and recovery processes. You will also ensure smooth branch operations covering forecasting, reporting, inventory and warehouse management, while maintaining strict compliance with ISO standards, statutory regulations, and company policies.
Success in this role requires close collaboration with Head Office and product specialists for pricing decisions, product development support, and strategic initiatives. Additionally, you will actively track competition, conduct market studies, and provide insights to strengthen the companys presence and market share in Karnataka.
Governance, policy adherence, and process discipline will be central to the role, ensuring that all guidelines, approvals, and internal controls are consistently maintained.
Candidate Profile
An Engineer or MBA with 16–24 years of experience in selling pumps, valves, and mechanical seals across diverse sectors including energy, water treatment, oil & gas, and agriculture.
