Job Title: Senior Digital Banking Strategist

Overview:

This role is for a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead the development of digital banking strategies that drive growth and adoption across customer segments.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional digital banking plans aligned with national objectives, focusing on enhanced customer penetration.
  • Collaborate closely with branch heads, area officers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of initiatives.
  • Champion a customer-centric approach to digital adoption efforts and work closely with field teams and branch staff to promote digital banking products.
  • Organize training sessions to equip teams with knowledge and tools necessary to support customer onboarding and digital service usage.
  • Track KPIs related to digital product usage, customer onboarding, and adoption success rates to inform data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • A graduate degree in any discipline (mandatory).
  • Postgraduate degree in Management or related field is an advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in banking, with at least 2 years in a digital banking or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing teams and executing regional initiatives.
