Job Title: Senior Banking Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced banking professional to join our team as a Senior Banking Manager.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing cash flow, working capital, and bank accounts, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and manage monthly cash flow statements and working capital reports.
  • Manage bank accounts in India and outside India, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Experience in handling bank loan processes and compliance.
  • Knowledge in hedging and accounting principles.
  • Review and analyze payments and collections reports.
  • Prepare and review bank reconciliation statements.
  • Ensure accurate vendor and employee information for bank-related activities.
  • Analyze and control general ledger (GL) accounts for banks, foreign exchange, and intercompany transactions.
Qualifications and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A CA/CA Inter/MBA degree with 7-10 years of experience in banking operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and process improvements.
  • Proficiency in MS Office apps, particularly Excel, and knowledge of SAP FICO module.
