Towards this mission, we are seeking a highly experienced Lead Quality Engineer - Automation & AI (Digital Banking) to drive the transformation of our quality engineering practice toward AI-first, automation-driven testing in digital banking.

  • This role will lead the architecture, design, and implementation of intelligent test solutions across channels (mobile, internet, API, middleware), ensuring our banking platforms are performant.
Job Requirements

To succeed in this challenging role, you will need to have:

  • 14+ years of experience in software quality assurance, including 7+ years in test automation leadership and test architecture roles, with a strong focus on large-scale, regulated environments such as digital banking and financial services.
  • Deep understanding of digital banking domains and end-to-end workflows including Payments, KYC, Customer Onboarding, Cards, Lending, Core Banking APIs, and Internet/Mobile Banking channels.
  • Proven expertise in design, build, and scale automation frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, and Appium, with implementation across UI, API, and data layers.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps) and version control (Git).
  • Experience leading AI adoption in quality engineering, including intelligent test case generation, test optimization, visual testing.
