Lead Mobile Banking Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead our Mobile Banking project.

Key Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in banking, fintech, or IT with at least 4 years of exposure to mobile banking and internet banking projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of project management tools and mobile app release mechanisms.
  • Expertise in Scrum and Agile frameworks with certifications such as PMP, Scrum, or Prince 2.
  • Familiarity with banking products digital channels and services.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing multiple projects simultaneously practical exposure to DevOps CICD and cloud and microservices-based projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of the Mobile Banking project ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory standards.
  • Manage project activities including meetings documentation and risk registers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with bank regulations data privacy laws and cybersecurity standards.
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication and change management activities across departments.

The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering regular project updates and presentations to senior management and steering committees.
