Job Title : Delivery Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee and drive end-to-end project execution for a key client.

The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in IT service delivery, client engagement, team leadership, and preferably, experience in the U.S. banking domain.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent projects or programs, ensuring high quality and adherence to timelines and budgets.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, facilitating ongoing communication, expectation management, and alignment with business objectives.

- Manage cross-functional teams including developers, testers, analysts, and support staff across onshore-offshore models.

- Monitor key project metrics, proactively identify risks or dependencies, and drive timely resolutions.

- Ensure compliance with SLAs, contractual terms, and internal governance standards.

- Coordinate with resource managers for staffing, training needs, and performance management.

- Continuously improve delivery processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.

- Support pre-sales initiatives and solution design when required.

- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to forecast and track revenue and resource demand.

- Work closely with talent acquisition for proactive workforce planning based on project pipeline and ramp-up schedules.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 12+ years of experience in IT project delivery, with at least 3 years in a Delivery Manager or Program Manager role.

- Strong understanding of SDLC and project methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.

- Proven experience managing complex projects and large teams in distributed/onshore-offshore environments.

- Exceptional stakeholder management and client engagement skills.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management capabilities.

- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, and Confluence.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Prior experience in the U.S. banking or financial services domain.

- Knowledge of regulatory compliance, core banking systems, or digital banking platforms.

- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic, and client-driven environments.
