We are seeking a seasoned Project Director for Pharmaceutical Services to lead our projects in the pharmaceutical industry.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Project Management: Develop and execute project plans, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables meet client expectations.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive project success.
    • Risk and Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, as well as address issues promptly to maintain project momentum.
    • Team Leadership: Provide guidance, support, and coaching to team members to ensure they have the necessary resources to excel in their roles.
    • Client Communication: Effectively communicate project status, progress, and results to clients, ensuring transparency and alignment with expectations.
  • Requirements:
    • Experience: 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
    • Education and Certifications: Bachelor's degree required; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
    • Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical development, regulatory requirements, and industry trends.
    • Communication and Influencing: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
    • Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
