Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Director to lead the development of domestic and international projects from conception to completion.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. To oversee entire project developments, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  2. Responsible for resource planning, execution, and management with set deadlines.
  3. Develop techno-commercial plans, project estimations, and cost estimation skills.
  4. To establish effective project management processes considering time, cost, risk, quality, and integration.
  5. To deliver organizational expectations through effective team leadership.
  6. Client interaction and progress sharing is a crucial part of this role.
  7. Strong communication, team management, and documentation skills are essential.
  8. Solving critical project issues through client interaction.

Requirements:

  1. Mechanical engineering degree; MBA preferred.
  2. Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.
  3. Experience handling overseas projects and clients is required.
  4. Ability to understand technical aspects and drawings.
  5. Preference given to those with work experience in Air pollution control projects.
  6. Bag Filters/ESP knowledge is a plus.
  7. Additional language proficiency, particularly French or German, considered advantageous.
  8. Must be willing to travel extensively domestically and internationally with a valid passport.
  9. Immediate start is preferred.
