Project Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage our projects and ensure successful outcomes. As an experienced leader, you will be responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, estimating resources and participants needed, and overseeing the project lifecycle using defined methodologies.
  • Lead internal teams and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects aligned with strategic goals.
  • Manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
  • Collaborate with QA to plan and execute project demos and facilitate communication among teams for smooth release processes.

Responsibilities may also include drafting and submitting budget proposals, updating financial forecasts, and recommending budget changes as necessary. Additionally, you will define project success criteria, conduct post-mortems, and create recommendation reports to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
