Key Responsibilities:
  • Design seamless customer journeys throughout the entire lifecycle, ensuring cohesive interactions at every touchpoint.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovative marketing strategies.
  • Develop data-driven dashboards to track campaign performance, informing future decisions through actionable insights.
  • Oversee vendor relationships for CRM platforms, staying up-to-date on new feature releases and resolving operational issues efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing, preferably in consumer tech or e-commerce.
  • A deep understanding of segmentation, personalization, and journey mapping principles.
  • An analytical mindset with experience in campaign reporting and A/B testing.
  • Familiarity with CRM and attribution tools like Clevertap, MoEngage, Branch, and others.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, experiment-driven environment.
