Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service professional to fill a key role in our organization.

In this position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive experience from their first interaction to resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via email and other communication channels.
  • Manage and resolve issues related to lost packages, damaged products, and incorrect orders.
  • Process and manage customer orders on our website platform, including handling returns, exchanges, and refunds.
  • Act as the main point of contact for shipping vendors. Work with them to track down and resolve delivery issues efficiently.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential issues before they escalate, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free customer experience.
  • Maintain clear, concise, and empathetic communication with customers at all times.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven experience 1-2 years working in ecommerce operations role
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
