
Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Customer Relationship Specialist to join our fast-paced team. As the first point of contact for potential and existing clients, you will be responsible for ensuring their journey from inquiry to enrollment is smooth, informed, and positively memorable.
In this role, you will engage with inbound leads via phone calls, messages, emails, and social media DMs with prompt and accurate responses. You will also provide clear and concise information about our health transformation programs, guide new leads through the enrollment and re-enrollment process, and maintain client data using our CRM tools and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with inbound leads via various communication channels.
- Provide information about our health transformation programs.
- Guide new leads through the enrollment process.
- Maintain and update client data using CRM tools.
- Support clients with after-enrollment needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to keep clients updated on any unforeseen delays or process changes.
- Assist in community engagement and promotional initiatives.
- Conduct data analysis and feedback collection to improve client experience and retention.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with a consultative and empathetic tone.
- Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Customer-first mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
- Willingness to take ownership and deliver results.
- Comfort with CRM tools, Excel, and data handling.
