Appointment Setter Opportunity

Are you a highly motivated, results-driven communicator with a passion for sales and lead generation? We're looking for experienced Appointment Setters / Cold Callers to join our growing remote team.

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our brand and services.
  • Identify, engage, and qualify leads based on their needs and business goals.
  • Schedule high-quality appointments for our sales team.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records for calls, leads, and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff and conversion process.
What We're Looking For
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Proven experience working with Australian and US clients.
  • Confidence and resilience in making cold calls and handling objections.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs and sales targets.
  • High energy, positive attitude, and self-motivation.
Compensation Structure

Our hourly plan is designed to reward performance:

  • Below 3 KPI: $3 AUD per hour.
  • 4–5 bookings per person/day: $5 AUD per hour.
  • From the 6th booking onward: $10 AUD per additional booking.
  • $20 AUD per converted client.
