Job Description:

As a Deputy Manager, you will lead international sales and business development efforts to drive growth in the Middle East. You will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle—from strategy and market entry to client relationships and order delivery—while collaborating across teams and maintaining profitability.

Key responsibilities include hitting sales targets and maintaining profit margins, expanding presence by finding distributors, agents, and partners, and ensuring excellent service and strong customer satisfaction.

In addition, you will research market trends and competition, use insights to define entry and growth plans, and lead efforts to open new business in target markets. This includes visiting and nurturing relationships with partners, negotiating contracts, tenders, and agreements, and managing the full order cycle: quotes → delivery → invoicing.

You will also help with regional campaigns and promotions, represent the company at exhibitions and trade events, track performance, and share improvement insights. Furthermore, you will work with Product, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing teams, facilitate communication to meet company objectives, spot risks related to regulations or geopolitics, support mitigation planning, stay updated on trade rules, and advise teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years in international business development (ideally in Middle East).
  • Strong track record of sales success.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and projects.
  • Knowledge of legal, trade, and compliance matters.
