Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Business Leader to drive our Government and Public Sector programs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating revenue, managing client relationships, and identifying new market opportunities.

About the Role
  • Lead revenue generation from key public sector accounts and drive business growth with individual sales targets
  • Manage the client relationship from end-to-end as part of the sales process
  • Research new market opportunities and clients, contacting potential clients to establish network and arrange meetings
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other methods
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
  • Prepare approach notes and proposal documents, translating client-provided information into clear program objectives and learning outcomes
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction through quality and timely response to their queries
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Manage diagnostic studies and support the sales process when required

Assist in programme planning and execution, adjusting project plans and implementing remedial plans as required.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Master's degree in business administration or education or a related discipline
  • Experience in curriculum design and blended learning
  • MS Office skills, especially Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Multi-tasking ability with superior time management skills
