Job Description

The Lead Management Coordinator will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing potential student inquiries, ensuring seamless communication between prospects and the admissions team. This role involves efficient handling of CRM tools, data management, and ensuring follow-up processes are executed flawlessly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle and track all incoming inquiries from multiple channels, including online forms, phone calls, emails, and walk-ins.
  • Assign leads to the admissions team and monitor follow-up status to ensure timely communication.
  • Maintain and update the lead database in the CRM system with accurate details.
Coordination and Follow-Up:
  • Ensure regular follow-ups with prospective students and parents through phone calls, emails, and messages.
  • Coordinate with the admissions team to streamline communication and improve the lead conversion rate.
Data Reporting and Analysis:
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead status, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Analyze trends in inquiries and provide insights for improving lead generation and nurturing strategies.
Process Optimization:
  • Suggest improvements to the lead management workflow to enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead management processes with ongoing campaigns.
