Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our Lab Consumables business by effectively managing a team and developing customer and channel partner relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team to achieve sales growth and exceed annual sales and gross margin targets.
- Develop and execute business plans to expand our customer and channel partner base.
- Work closely with customer service, product, and supply chain teams to ensure problem resolution and improve customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts and business reviews to stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture them.
- Build strong relationships with customers and channel partners to increase sales and drive business growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Science.
- 7-10 years of business experience, with people management experience an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and develop business strategies.
