Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Intern to join our team at Blue Ripples Technologies. As a Sales Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in hunting new customers, sales strategies, customer relationship management, and market research.

You will work closely with our leadership team and contribute to our business growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead Generation: Generating sales leads through calls, emails, and other outreach methods.
  • Client Interaction: Communicating with clients, vendors, and suppliers, often assisting in maintaining relationships.
  • Sales Support: Assisting in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and managing email campaigns.
  • Administrative Tasks: Updating sales records, managing customer databases, and maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Meeting Participation: Attending and participating in sales meetings, workshops, and industry events.
  • Sales Processes: Observing and learning the sales processes, including how to close deals and negotiate.
  • Reporting: Preparing reports and presentations to convey insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Market Research: Conducting research to identify potential business opportunities and market trends.

We are looking for a candidate with a bubbly and enthusiastic attitude, strong English language skills, and excellent organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a must. You must be currently enrolled in college or university or be a recent graduate in a business or science major. If you are a full-time student, you must commit at least 4 hours per day with flexibility to accommodate team meetings or project deadlines. You must also be available to work on second shift afternoons and evenings to align with our overseas team.
