A Position Overview

As a Regional Sales Manager at Tata AIA Life Insurance, you will play a pivotal role in driving insurance sales through a combination of coaching, training, field sales support, and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Engage with internal sales teams and channel partners to exhibit leadership and drive sales growth.
  2. Develop and implement local business development initiatives for lead generation and focused sales.
  3. Provide support and training to KAM/CSM teams, including joint field calls and motivation to achieve targets.
  4. Conceptualize and implement sales strategies to achieve channel targets, branch, and SP/RM activation targets.
  5. Ensure adherence to policies and procedures to cultivate a compliance culture in the team.

  • Domain expertise in insurance sales, product knowledge, and industry norms.
  • Ability to set high standards, continuously improve performance, and meet or exceed objectives.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
