Job Title: Regional Sales Manager
Job Summary:
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving insurance sales growth through a combination of coaching, training, and field sales support. This role requires strong leadership and relationship-building skills to engage with internal sales teams and channel partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve channel targets and premium growth
- Provide coaching and training to sales teams to improve sales performance and productivity
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and internal stakeholders
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement local business development initiatives to drive lead generation and sales growth
Requirements:
- Proven sales leadership experience in the insurance industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies
- Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners and internal stakeholders
- Knowledge of insurance products and industry trends
