Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Job Summary:

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving insurance sales growth through a combination of coaching, training, and field sales support. This role requires strong leadership and relationship-building skills to engage with internal sales teams and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve channel targets and premium growth
  • Provide coaching and training to sales teams to improve sales performance and productivity
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement local business development initiatives to drive lead generation and sales growth

Requirements:

  • Proven sales leadership experience in the insurance industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies
  • Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners and internal stakeholders
  • Knowledge of insurance products and industry trends
