Job Summary:

The State Head will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships and delivering banking services to PSU and Government Clients to ensure profit maximization, quality assets, liabilities growth, and customer satisfaction. The role requires strong relationship building skills and the ability to mentor and guide team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Primary point of contact for Government clients and PSU including Subsidiaries
• Acquire new clients to increase customer base
• Achieve fee and NII, TxB income, Forex and Derivative business and CASA targets from mapped clients
• Deepen relationship through cross sell of retail products
• Guide and mentor teams assigned for better growth
• Increase share of wallet across products from GCG clients while maintaining asset quality

Qualifications:

• Graduation/ MBA from a recognized university
• 7+ years of relevant experience

Role Proficiencies:

• Knowledge of banking regulations and norms
• Maintain high level of knowledge of banking products and services
• Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language
• Ability to deal with ambiguity
• Ability to nurture self and others
• Relationship building skills
