Senior Banking Relationship Manager

The State Head is responsible for leading a team of professionals in planning, developing, and managing client relationships to deliver a suite of banking services and products to a portfolio of PSU and Government Clients. The role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to mentor and guide team members to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and deepen relationships with existing ones.
- Lead a team of professionals to achieve business targets, including fee and NII, TxB income, Forex and Derivative business, and CASA targets.
- Mentor and guide team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Build strong relationships with Government and PSU clients to increase share of wallet across products while maintaining asset quality.
- Collaborate with other departments to create linkages between different teams and clients to ensure highest income from the account.
- Graduation/MBA from a recognized university.
- 7+ years of relevant experience in banking and client relationship management.
- Knowledge of banking regulations and norms.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and the local language.
- Strong relationship building skills and ability to nurture self and others.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and make informed decisions.
