Job Profile:

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Human Resources Manager to bridge our company vision and people. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Indian labor laws, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive culture-building initiatives across regions.

The role requires someone who can create and implement effective HR policies, ensure compliance with legal, payroll, and statutory obligations, and engage with employees at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review, and implement HR policies in line with Indian labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, payroll, and statutory obligations across regions.
Culture & Engagement:
  • Design and run initiatives that build a strong, inclusive company culture.
  • Be the voice of the company's vision, ensuring employees feel connected and valued.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with teams to understand concerns and drive solutions.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles (sales, projects, facilitators, content).
  • Build a strong pipeline of talent through proactive sourcing.
  • Create a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
Performance & Development:
  • Implement and manage KRAs, KPIs, and appraisal cycles.
  • Work with department heads to identify skill gaps and organize training programs.
HR Operations & Technology:
  • Manage HRIS (Zoho People) for attendance, leaves, performance, and employee data.
  • Generate reports and insights for leadership to support decision-making.
Business Partnership:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to department heads and leadership.
  • Collaborate with all functions to ensure HR initiatives align with business needs.
