Job Summary
Aarush Impact seeks a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide top-level administrative support to our CEO. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex projects, coordinating travel, and preparing reports and presentations.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Oversee and coordinate key projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and the demands of a dynamic startup environment.
- Program Management: Manage programs by aligning stakeholders, recording Minutes of Meetings (MoM), and ensuring follow-through on action items.
- Report Writing and Presentations: Craft comprehensive reports and presentations that effectively communicate key insights and updates.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on relevant topics and generate detailed reports to inform decision-making.
- Strategic Planning: Assist the CEO in developing and implementing strategies that align with the company's growth trajectory.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience as an executive assistant to C-suite executives, with significant exposure to startup environments.
- Demonstrated success in a similar role, particularly within startups, with a strong track record of supporting high-level executives.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and polished demeanor suitable for startup settings.
- Advanced proficiency in the entire MS Office suite, with the ability to create high-quality documents and presentations tailored to a startup's needs.
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage a dynamic workload, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, ever-changing startup environment.
