Senior Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Administrative Coordinator to provide top-level assistance to our high-level executives. This role involves scheduling meetings, responding to emails, and preparing documents on their behalf.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative coordination and logistics, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. They should be proficient in Microsoft Office suite and have experience managing multiple priorities.
Responsibilities- Manage calendars for executives and ensure seamless scheduling of meetings.
- Aid executives in preparing for meetings by coordinating logistics and materials.
- Respond to emails and document requests on behalf of executives in a timely and professional manner.
- Draft slides, meeting notes, and documents for executives as required.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, management) with a minimum of 1-6 years of experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate administrative tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with executives and other stakeholders.
This role is based in Dabaspet-Rural Bangalore (after Nelamangala Town), providing an opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Estimated Salary RangeThe estimated salary range for this position is ₹8,00,000 - ₹12,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
