Administrative Assistant Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team in Goa, India. This role is responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our leadership, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents using word processing software.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and schedules for executives.
- Screen calls, receive visitors, and respond to routine inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and logs of expenditures.
- Provide general clerical support, including answering phones, forwarding messages, and distributing mail.
About the Role:
- Estimated salary: ₹8-12 lakhs per annum
- Responsibilities require 3-5 years of related experience and expertise in MS Office tools
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
- Excellent verbal communication skills essential
