Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist for our Noida office, with expertise in generating leads across various segments. This role focuses on identifying high-quality prospects that empower the sales team to convert opportunities into revenue. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to researching markets, engaging prospects, and contributing to the company's growth journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:
  • Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities across different segments.
  • Conduct market research, cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement to generate leads.
  • Qualify leads by analyzing their requirements and ensuring alignment with BIS services.
  • Client Engagement:
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospects to understand their needs and position BIS services as ideal solutions.
  • Maintain regular communication with potential clients, updating them about services and offers.
  • Data Management & Reporting:
  • Maintain and update lead generation activities in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular reports on lead performance, including conversion rates and prospect feedback.
  • Collaboration & Strategy:
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to optimize campaigns and generate quality leads.
  • Market Insights:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to refine lead generation strategies.

Salary and Benefits:

  • The estimated salary range for this position is ₹12-15 lakhs per annum, depending on experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in lead generation, and experience in B2B services or BIS services will be an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of lead generation techniques across multiple segments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and lead generation platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven, with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
