Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist for our Noida office, with expertise in generating leads across various segments. This role focuses on identifying high-quality prospects that empower the sales team to convert opportunities into revenue. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to researching markets, engaging prospects, and contributing to the company's growth journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation:
- Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities across different segments.
- Conduct market research, cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement to generate leads.
- Qualify leads by analyzing their requirements and ensuring alignment with BIS services.
- Client Engagement:
- Build and nurture relationships with prospects to understand their needs and position BIS services as ideal solutions.
- Maintain regular communication with potential clients, updating them about services and offers.
- Data Management & Reporting:
- Maintain and update lead generation activities in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on lead performance, including conversion rates and prospect feedback.
- Collaboration & Strategy:
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Work closely with the marketing team to optimize campaigns and generate quality leads.
- Market Insights:
- Stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to refine lead generation strategies.
Salary and Benefits:
- The estimated salary range for this position is ₹12-15 lakhs per annum, depending on experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in lead generation, and experience in B2B services or BIS services will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of lead generation techniques across multiple segments.

- Proficiency in CRM tools and lead generation platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven, with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
