Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Key Responsibilities:- Provide outstanding customer satisfaction by responding to customer complaints and queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Establish strong relationships with customers through proactive communication via email, social media, and phone calls to resolve their issues and provide detailed information.
- Maintain accurate records of each interaction for future reference and use this information to enhance customer service delivery.
- Lead training sessions for new employees to develop their skills and ensure they are equipped to handle complex customer interactions effectively.
- Prior experience working as a Customer Service Representative or similar role in the Customer Service department.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to understand and articulate complex customer issues.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach to resolving customer complaints.
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks while maintaining a high level of professionalism and productivity.
- Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills with excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities.
