Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at Nergy India Pvt Ltd. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop business opportunities in the higher education and e-learning sectors, leveraging industry connections and market insights to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and clients, ensuring excellent customer service and support.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and tactics to achieve and exceed sales targets, working closely with the marketing and product teams to drive results.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, ensuring alignment with the company's overall strategy and goals.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments, informing sales and business development strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services, as well as the needs and pain points of customers, to deliver effective sales solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, with a Master's degree seen as an added advantage.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably in the higher education or e-learning sectors.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer-facing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and negotiate effectively.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of sales strategies, tactics, and metrics.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
