Responsibilities:
- Pursue strategic sales opportunities to achieve revenue growth and expand market share.
- Develop long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and drive business results through effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Create and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Prospect, build, and maintain a strong sales pipeline, leveraging CRM software to track progress and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with direct reports and other stakeholders to achieve sales targets and drive customer satisfaction.
- Cross-functional engagement with Marketing, Sales Engineering, Partnerships, Customer Success, and HR to drive business growth and expansion.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in enterprise sales with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market share.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field, with a strong foundation in sales principles and practices.
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate agreements.
- Proficiency in using CRM software to manage sales pipelines, analyze data, and optimize sales processes.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to think critically and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Effective time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing circumstances.
Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and performance.
