Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Residential Interior Sales Professional to join our team at Lario Interiors Official.

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to drive business growth, expand our market share, and develop strong relationships with key clients in the residential interior design industry.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading business development efforts, generating new sales opportunities, and maintaining existing client relationships. This role requires a deep understanding of the residential interior design market, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation & Sales: Identify new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and strategic marketing initiatives. Drive the sales pipeline from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, including homeowners, real estate developers, interior designers, and contractors. Ensure a personalized approach to every client interaction.
  • Consultative Sales: Understand client needs, provide expert advice on interior design solutions, and showcase Lario Interiors' product offerings to meet those needs. Tailor solutions to suit both budget and aesthetic preferences.
  • Market Expansion: Explore new market segments, geographical regions, and channels to increase Lario Interiors' presence in the residential market.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within the residential interior, home décor, or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of the residential interior design market and trends.
  • Proven ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close sales.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Benefits

Lario Interiors Official offers a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits package.
