At our organization, we are dedicated to providing exceptional training solutions using Virtual Reality (VR) technology.

  • As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective students to build trust and provide guidance on program details, enrollment processes, and next steps.
  • You will also maintain ongoing communication with students to ensure their engagement and satisfaction.
  • Furthermore, you will collaborate with the sales and support teams to meet enrollment targets and prepare reports on student interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct demo calls with prospective students to discuss certification programs.
  • Provide expert guidance on program details, enrollment processes, and next steps.
  • Build trust with students and ensure a positive onboarding experience.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet enrollment targets.
  • Prepare and analyze reports on student interactions.

Requirements:

  • Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to conduct virtual presentations confidently and professionally.
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer relations, inside sales, or student support.
  • Experience working with U.S.-based customers or in international markets is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
