This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Consultant in the Management Consulting industry at StratefiX Consulting located in Surat. The role involves working closely with SMEs to provide sales consulting, ensure customer satisfaction, excellent communication, deliver top-notch customer service, and strategic Sales Consulting and Consulting skills

- Bachelor's/master's degree in Business Administration or related field

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and engage with SMEs and corporate clients to understand their business goals and challenges.

- Provide strategic sales consulting services tailored to client needs in alignment with business objectives.

- Conduct needs assessments, diagnose issues, and develop consultative solutions to improve client business performance.

- Drive business development efforts including lead generation, presentations, and proposal development.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction.

- Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver customized consulting solutions.

- Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.

- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the revenue growth of the organization.

- Keep up to date with market trends, competition, and best practices in the consulting domain.

- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.

- Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management Skills and Qualifications:

- 5 to 7 years of experience in sales consulting or strategic consulting, preferably in the management consulting industry.

- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and delivering consulting solutions to SMEs or corporate clients.

- Strong understanding of consultative selling techniques and client management.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Demonstrated ability to build trusted advisor relationships with senior business stakeholders.

- Strong customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering value.

- Bachelor's/ master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
