Job Title:

Payscale Implementation Specialist

Description:

We are seeking a skilled payscale implementation consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP SuccessFactors and a proven track record of successful implementations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Configure Payroll Solutions: Design and implement SAP SuccessFactors payroll solutions for clients across various industries.
  • Module Integration: Configure and integrate SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting Management, and Succession & Development.
  • Data Migration: Migrate data from legacy systems and perform system testing to ensure seamless integration.
  • Client Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide expert guidance.
  • Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP SuccessFactors features and best practices to drive innovation and improve client outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation, with a focus on Employee Central Payroll.
  • Track Record: Proven track record of successful implementations, with at least 2+ implementations under their belt.
  • Certifications: Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruiting Management, and Succession & Development modules is preferred.
