Location: Pune/Nagpur, Maharashtra (Onsite Office)

Duration: Full-Time

Working Hours: US/UK time shift

Notice Period: Immediate or 30 days max.

Job Description:

We are seeking an OMP Consultant, you'll bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation. You'll engage with clients to understand their supply chain challenges and architect robust solutions using the OMP platform, from design through deployment.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to gather and analyse supply chain requirements
• Design and configure OMP modules (e.g., demand planning, supply planning, S&OP, production scheduling)
• Validate and test functional components to ensure alignment with business goals
• Lead solution workshops, user training, and change management
• Partner with technical teams to deliver seamless operational solutions

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
• Strong understanding of S&OP, demand forecasting, production scheduling, or similar processes
• Experience with OMP or comparable planning tools is a plus
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Client-focused mindset with ability to solve real-world business problems.
