Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth discovery sessions with clients to understand business challenges, existing infrastructure, and future technology goals.
- Design and present comprehensive tech-enabled solutions, including system architectures, hardware and software specifications, and detailed implementation strategies.
- Lead technical demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients, highlighting the value and functionality of solutions.
- Conduct PoCs at office and client sites to showcase solution capabilities aligned with client requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the smart building and physical security sector.
- Ensure all solutions comply with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Identify security vulnerabilities and design effective, tailored solutions.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for client meetings, site surveys, and technical support.

Experience & Skills:

- 7–10 years of experience in technical pre-sales, solution architecture, or engineering roles within the physical security industry.
- Strong expertise in video surveillance, access control systems (ACS), and other physical security technologies.
- Solid understanding of IP networking principles, including network design for security systems, bandwidth calculations, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Relevant manufacturer certifications (e.g., Genetec, LenelS2) preferred; CPP (Certified Protection Professional) from ASIS International is a plus.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
