We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as Assistant Manager – Growth and Go To Market. This role will be responsible for developing strategies to drive growth and expansion, while working closely with a dynamic team.

About the Position

This is a critical role that requires strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in growth, strategy, revenue, or GTM roles, preferably in EdTech, Consulting, or high-growth startups.

Core Responsibilities
  • Growth Strategy Development: Design and execute go-to-market plans, drive business growth through data-driven product and business decisions.
  • Event Planning: Plan and execute webinars and events to engage customers and promote products.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and information exchange.
Requirements
  • Strong Strategic Thinking: Possess a structured approach to problem-solving, driving innovative solutions.
  • Proven Experience: Have a proven track record of building GTM plans, product marketing strategies, and growth models.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrate effective communication and stakeholder management skills, fostering collaborative relationships.
