Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume a key role in driving business growth through strategic partnerships and market expansion.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, with a proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions that exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategies to enhance market penetration and achieve sales targets across allocated regions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, while identifying and acquiring new partners to drive revenue growth
- Perform thorough analysis of monthly stock forecasts to inform ordering decisions and ensure 6-month inventory availability for partners
- Negotiate pricing and costs with partners to ensure profitability for the organization
- Identify new opportunities for business expansion and develop targeted marketing plans to drive sales growth
- MBA from a top-tier business school (preferably in international business)
- 4-7 years of experience in business development within the pharmaceutical industry, with 1-2 years of on-field exposure
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
