We are seeking a highly skilled consultant to join our global Strategy and M&A team. The ideal candidate will work closely with Fortune 100 clients, collaborating with cross-functional teams to devise innovative strategies that drive business growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex qualitative and quantitative data to provide actionable insights to senior leadership and clients.
- Develop comprehensive strategic plans, including corporate/business unit, M&A, and market entry strategies. Conduct commercial due diligence, business wargaming, and screen M&A targets.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients through active participation in firm building initiatives.
Requirements:
- Possesses a keen interest in building a career in Strategy and M&A Consulting.
- Excellent analytical & presentation skills (fluent in PowerPoint and Excel).
- Able to break down and solve ambiguous problems through quantitative thinking and analysis.
- Enterprising and collaborative professional with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
