
Professional Bid and Business Development Specialist

The role of a Strategic Bid and Proposal Professional is pivotal in securing high-value creative, marketing, and content delivery contracts. As a key member of our team, you will support the bid lifecycle by researching, strategizing, and crafting compelling proposals that showcase our company's in-house model, creativity, and business impact.
The primary responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing the end-to-end bid process from opportunity identification through to final submission, ensuring compliance with all RFP/RFI/Tender requirements.
- Conducting research to influence new business opportunities and create impact on business proposals.
- Developing winning strategies that clearly articulate our value proposition, in-house model benefits, Gen AI capabilities, and creative strengths.
- Collaborating with global and local teams including creative, client services, production, and technology to align solutions with client needs.
- Implementing Gen AI in research tasks and day-to-day activities.
- Crafting impactful case studies, storytelling decks, and draft proposals that resonate with senior decision-makers.
- Maintaining a library of high-quality case studies, credentials, and proposal assets to accelerate future bids.
- Ensuring bid governance, quality assurance, and adherence to our brand standards.
- Tracking bid performance metrics, analyzing win/loss trends, and refining strategies for continuous improvement.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- At least 8 years of experience in bid management, proposal writing, or business development within creative agencies, marketing services, or integrated communications.
- A proven track record of winning large-scale, multi-market contracts.
- Exceptional storytelling, content writing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Gen AI, automation tools, MS Office Suite, and familiarity with agency workflows.
- Understanding of marketing delivery channels (digital, content, social, video production, tech-enabled marketing).
- Experience with procurement portals like Coupa, Ariba, TPM, etc.
