At the intersection of sales, sustainability, and technology, we seek a specialist who can combine domain knowledge with consultative selling skills to help clients navigate their ESG journey.

The ideal candidate will have experience in ESG consulting, sustainability advisory, or pre-sales for an ESG SaaS product, with strong familiarity with sustainability frameworks, reporting standards, and assurance practices.

We are looking for a professional who can conduct client discovery, build business cases, and deliver demos in enterprise B2B environments. Excellent storytelling skills are required to translate technical ESG and compliance requirements into business impact.

A consultative, client-first mindset is essential for building trust and credibility quickly. The ability to prepare solution documents, proposals, and ROI models that resonate with CFOs, CSOs, and board-level stakeholders is also required.

Bonus: Experience with ESG software platforms, SaaS workflows, or carbon accounting tools is a plus.

  • Conduct discovery conversations with CXOs and sustainability leaders to comprehend their sustainability challenges.
  • Customize and deliver demos of our platform, mapping capabilities directly to identified client pain points and ESG requirements.
  • Be the authority on sustainability domains in prospect conversations, capable of addressing complex technical queries on ESG standards, frameworks, carbon accounting, compliance, and assurance.
  • Develop solution proposals and decks post-demo that outline how we resolve client challenges, including solution design, value articulation, and next steps.
  • Nurture partially qualified prospects through thought leadership, peer analysis, case studies, and ROI calculations.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Delivery, and Product teams to ensure consistency of message and teamwork to secure and retain business.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3–6 years of experience in ESG consulting, sustainability advisory, or pre-sales for an ESG SaaS product.
  • Strong familiarity with sustainability frameworks, reporting standards, and assurance practices.
  • Proven experience conducting client discovery, building business cases, and delivering demos in enterprise B2B environments.
  • Excellent storytelling skills to translate technical ESG and compliance requirements into business impact.
  • Comfort with preparing solution documents, proposals, and ROI models that resonate with CFOs, CSOs, and board-level stakeholders.
  • Strong research and analytical skills to prepare peer benchmarking and market insights.
