Job Title: Proposal Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill this role at Employvision Inc.

This position requires a deep understanding of US Federal government contracting, including RFP/RFQ/RFI management, Bid Management, Capture management, and dealing with US Federal government contracting.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in Pre-Sales & Proposal Writing, preferably in an IT services or staffing company.
  • Familiarity with US Federal government, SLED contracting, and contract vehicles such as GWACs, GSA Platform & IDIQs is essential.
  • Strong understanding of federal procurement regulations, including FAR and DFARS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Anchor responses to Proactive (proposals) as well as Reactive (RFP/RFI) bids as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC).
  • Proactively identify and propose improvements or innovations to services, product functionality or processes.
  • Prepare customer/vertical-specific sales collaterals by working closely with the respective practice teams.

Must-Haves:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Pre-Sales & Proposal Writing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience in Proposal writing is mandatory.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in Bid Management, Capture management responding to RFP and other presales activities.
  • Ability to navigate and get the required information from various stakeholders to design a compelling solution/proposal.
