Job Title: Digital Engineering Strategist

This role involves overseeing BIM teams, developing standards, ensuring quality control, integrating digital design processes, and driving innovation through advanced BIM practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage BIM execution strategies, protocols, and standards across the organization.
  • Lead the BIM team and coordinate with multidisciplinary design, engineering, and construction teams.
  • Oversee BIM project delivery for infrastructure, buildings, and industrial projects.
  • Ensure compliance with national and international BIM standards (ISO 19650, etc.).
  • Integrate BIM with project management, design, cost estimation, and construction workflows.
  • Manage BIM software platforms (Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo, etc.) and coordinate with IT for upgrades and support.
  • Conduct quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) checks on BIM models and outputs.
  • Drive innovation in digital engineering, including automation, computational design, and digital twins.
  • Provide training, mentorship, and support to BIM coordinators, modelers, and project teams.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors regarding BIM implementation and project execution.
  • Prepare progress reports, presentations, and ensure timely delivery of BIM deliverables.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in BIM, with at least 12 years in a leadership/managerial role.
  • Strong expertise in BIM platforms such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Dynamo, and related digital tools.
  • Experience in handling large-scale infrastructure, commercial, industrial, or mixed-use projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of BIM standards, LOD specifications, and coordination processes.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in digital transformation and emerging technologies (AR/VR, digital twins, AI in design) is an added advantage.
