
Business Development Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to expand customer base and achieve business targets in India's fast-growing pension industry. The role involves client acquisition, account management, project execution, and promoting retirement planning solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute plans to expand customer base
- Promote retirement planning solutions to corporate and retail clients
- Generate new leads through references, networking, and market outreach
- Prospect, meet, and engage with top management of corporates (CXOs/VPs)
- Negotiate terms, onboard corporates, and manage client implementation
- Conduct presentations and awareness sessions on retirement planning solutions
- Provide client support, resolve queries, and ensure smooth servicing
- Stay updated with industry best practices
Requirements:
- Fresh Graduates – 2025 Batch Pass-Outs
- Candidates with 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, or Relationship Management
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Networking, negotiation, and client engagement skills
- Ability to work independently & achieve targets
- Flexibility to travel within Gujarat as per business needs
