Business Development Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to expand customer base and achieve business targets in India's fast-growing pension industry. The role involves client acquisition, account management, project execution, and promoting retirement planning solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute plans to expand customer base
  • Promote retirement planning solutions to corporate and retail clients
  • Generate new leads through references, networking, and market outreach
  • Prospect, meet, and engage with top management of corporates (CXOs/VPs)
  • Negotiate terms, onboard corporates, and manage client implementation
  • Conduct presentations and awareness sessions on retirement planning solutions
  • Provide client support, resolve queries, and ensure smooth servicing
  • Stay updated with industry best practices

Requirements:

  • Fresh Graduates – 2025 Batch Pass-Outs
  • Candidates with 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, or Relationship Management
  • Immediate joiners will be preferred

  • Strong communication & presentation skills
  • Networking, negotiation, and client engagement skills
  • Ability to work independently & achieve targets
  • Flexibility to travel within Gujarat as per business needs
