Job Opportunity

This position involves driving the expansion of Oil Additives in the Indian subcontinent, acting as a liaison between sellers and customers, and serving as a communicator between principals and customers.

Main Responsibilities
  • Achieve ambitious targets for Oil Additives business in India, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh by maintaining and growing existing business profitably.
  • Establish quick and trustful relationships with customers at different levels and acquire new customers.
  • Identify new ideas and market needs and recommend innovative solutions for using Evonik products.
  • Manage OEM activities, identifying potential target Indian OEMs within the automotive industry and working with them to promote Evonik technologies.
  • Determine effective sales channels for customers and segments, select, manage, and evaluate agents and distributors.
  • Collaborate closely with departments to support strategic goals of the business.
  • Conduct market research activities, analyze market trends, and identify changes in business dynamics.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Engineering with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Basic knowledge of lubricants and its application is preferred.
